Upcoming Workshop at Hollyhock, 2017

As each new year dawns, I experience a marvellous sense of anticipation and excitement. “What lies ahead over the next 12 months?”, I wonder to myself. The open spaces of a new calendar hold huge possibility. Some of the spaces will be filled with beloved re-occurring events, and others will be filled with experiences I cannot yet imagine. One of my favourite re-occurring events is the time I spend at the Hollyhock centre for learning and well-being. If you have never visited Hollyhock, it is located on Cortes Island, and it is a perfect place for transformative experiences. In August, my friend Kristen Scholfield-Sweet and I are presenting a 3-day workshop at Hollyhock called ‘Moving Into the Unknown’. If your calendar is open at the time, please come join us!

Moving into the Unknown – August 23 – 27, 2017

Until we acknowledge what is possible, we can neither intend it nor bring it into form. By cultivating a quiet mind and through body presence, we intend a connection with That which cannot be named. We enter into a continuous reciprocal relationship with the seen and unseen worlds.

During our time together we invite you to journey with us on ancient pathways of sound, silence, vision and trust to awaken reciprocities of respect.

Kristen Scholfield-Sweet, Ph.D. and Ann Mortifee, CM respectively have journeyed the pathways of many spiritual traditions. They have invited the daemon, the genius, the gift to come. They believe in it coming for you. Whether you have gone deeply or are just beginning to explore a living relationship with Mystery—all women welcome.
